The hotel's location is fabulous, making our stay very convenient. The rooms were a tad on the small side, but still comfortable and cosy. The service was top-notch and very friendly, especially the night staff who was extremely helpful. The dining options were okay but rather basic. Overall, a great choice for those who want to explore Busan with lots to see nearby.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious enough and clean enough for our liking, though slightly small for moving around comfortably. The extra bed being slightly separated from the main bed was a nice touch for a bit more privacy. The service was outstanding, especially in helping me book tours and print my Korail train tickets. The location was perfect, right in front of Jagalchi Market and near the central area of Busan with shops, restaurants, and public transportation close by. The dining experience was convenient as the hotel is located across from Jagalchi Market and BIFF square, ensuring you'll never go hungry.
